Got some water rings on the coffee table? Try applying a paste of cooking oil and salt. Wait 15 minutes and wipe off. Also, you can apply mayonnaise liberally over the water stain and leave it overnight. Wipe it off with a clean soft cloth the next day then polish the table with furniture polish.H/T: Haley's Hints
